It is rapidly growing its brand value across Asian regions, such as China, Singapore and Hong Kong, with its high-end strategy.”

LG Household & Health Care’s naturally fermented cosmetics brand Su:m also posted 380 billion won (US$355.81 million) in sales last year after surpassing the 300 billion won (US$280.9 million) mark in 2016 in 10 years after the launch, becoming a next-generation brand succeeding Whoo. Notably, Su:m has rapidly entered high-end department stores in major cities in China, including Shanghai, Nanjing and Beijing, and currently runs 70 stores in the country in less than two years after pushing into the Chinese market at the end of April 2016.
