Delisted from KOSDAQ
12 listed companies did not submit their audit reports on their December settlement of accounts, according to the Korea Exchange on March 28.
The trade of Dasan Networks’s stocks has been suspended since March 24. The company stated that the report was delayed due to a failure in submitting a report of an audit of Dasan Zhone Solutions listed on the NASDAQ.
An official of the Korea Exchange said, "Unless Dasan Networks submits its audit report by March 31, it will be designated as a supervised issue," said an official of the Korea Exchange. “Unless Dasan Networks hand in the report within ten days after being designated as a supervised issue, the company will be delisted from the KOSDAQ.”
In the meantime, according to the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) on March 23, four KOSDAQ-listed companies -- Dasan Networks, Suncore, Nanos and Haengnam Household & Healthcare -- announced a delay in submitting their audit reports via self-regulatory public disclosures.
