Goodwill Ambassador
Mok Eun-jung, a famous Hanbok (traditional Korean dress) designer who was invited to at the US Academy Awards (Oscar) for the second consecutive year for the first time in Korea, is playing a role as a public relations messenger for the 2017 Geumsan World Ginseng Expo through various external activities. The 2017 Geumsan World Ginseng Expo will run for 32 days from September 22 to October 23 this year and Mok is its goodwill ambassador.
Through the US Academy (Oscar) Awards which Mok attended on February 26 for the third time following 2014 and 2015, Mok informed the world of the beauty of Korean traditional design and the excellence of Korea ginseng along with the news that the World Ginseng Expo to be held in Korea this year
In the US Academy (Oscar) award ceremony gala party “Night of 100 Stars,” the designer delivered Ginseng EXPO promotional leaflets and souvenirs (red ginseng tea) to the invited VIPs, attracting much attention from many people.
"I am very pleased to be a goodwill ambassador for the Geumsan World Ginseng Expo," designer Mok said, adding, "I will not forget to play my roles and take the lead in publicizing the expo as an honorary ambassador in other events"
