Cho Hyun-joon Inaugurated as Chairman of Hyosung Group

Cho Hyun-joon was inaugurated as new chairman of the Hyosung Group in the inauguration ceremony at the group’s head office in Mapo, Seoul, with the participation of group employees on January 16.

"Hyosung is ushering in a new era today. I feel a big honor and a great sense of responsibility at the same time. I will create a new future for Hyosung," the new chairman said.

“First, I will make Hyosung a listening company," the new chairman said. "The voices of customers are the beginning and end of management activities. We also need to build a win-win relationship with partners by scrupulous care."

"We will make Hyosung a company that takes pride in its technology," Cho continued. “We will make our technology competitiveness lay the foundation for Hyosung’s success."

In his inauguration ceremony, Cho quoted “All For One, One For All," from the novel “The Three Musketeers.” “There are no other teams that can defeat a team of players who sacrifice and respond to each other organically. The more efforts players make, the closer they can get to a victory,” Cho stressed.

Prior to the inauguration ceremony, Cho implemented on-site management from January 4 to 8 as his first official activity as chairman of the group by visiting Ulsan Plant, Hyosung Group's first plant and five other domestic production facilities in Gumi and Changwon among others.
