Featuring sparkling sunlight during the day and inspiring views at night through full-length windows, Park Hyatt Busan’s Lounge is pleased to present sweet and mild Korean traditional dishes of Danpatjuk and Tarakjuk, which are enjoyed by children and adults alike, just in time for the cold season.
Danpatjik and Tarakjuk are kinds of porridge made from grain, which can keep takers warm and healthy in winter and are known to have nutritional benefits.
The lounge will prepare these promotional menus as simple meals or refreshments for two people. Mild and sweet Danpatjuk features sweet rice croquette handmade by Park Hyatt Busan’s chefs, as well as a variety of nuts, marinated jujube, chestnuts, and persimmon, all for a simple and substantial meal. Tarakjuk is made of rice and savory milk with added coconut, nuts and fresh fruit toppings.
