Hyundai Mobis announced that it invited 60 workers at the human resources (HR) division of its subsidiaries across the world and held “Global HR Forum” in Beijing, China, for three days from June 14.

As the size and role of its overseas subsidiaries continue to grow and standardized HR systems are increasingly important, the company has been holding the forum every year from 2012 in order to expand exchanges between HR managers at home and abroad and preemptively support its overseas bases through the standardized systems.

Accordingly, its employees share global HR strategies and HR operation trends and come out with measures to secure the talent together at the forum, aiming for “Global One MOBIS.”

As part of the program, participants at this year’s forum shared the current state of regional HR systems in the world, HR trends and HR roadmaps of global firms, measures to strengthen global leadership systems and medium and long-term training programs. In particular, they presented China’s working environment and results of regional studies as the forum is held in China this year.
