LG Electronics has recently launched the Mosquito Away TV (model names: 43LH520T, 32LH520D) in India. The new TV set generates ultrasonic sound waves which repel mosquitoes as they hate the sound. Since the sound waves are inaudible to the human ear, they do not bother viewers.

The company has also started selling a new smart TV that allows Internet connection with a wireless dongle, considering the low Internet filtration rate in India. The dongle connects Internet networks of mobile operators with the smart TV.

Moreover, LG Electronics has released its latest HiFi audio system – CM9960 X Boom Pro Speaker – in the Indian market. Its maximum output reached 4800 watts so it is suitable for parties and entertaining events. The audio output of conventional TVs stands at 20 to 40 watts. The company has come up with the product considering the fact that Indian consumers prefer powerful sound output since they usually suffer from noise pollution problems and there are many parties for music and dancing.

The X Boom provides the sound of which is made when a plane takes off and displays flashing LED lights when users push up the bar which looks like the cockpit operating lever of airplanes, kindling the atmosphere of parties. The X Boom can connect up to three Bluetooth devices, including smartphone, at the same time.
