The National Pension Service (NPS) announced that it will jointly host the 3rd Annual Training Course on Public Pension in Asia/Pacific at the international conference room for five days from May 30 with the OECD Korea Policy Centre, the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP).

The program will be attended by 22 policy makers, experts and workers from 13 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including Iran which is recently expanding exchanges with Korea.

The 3rd Annual Training Course on Public Pension in Asia/Pacific, which began in 2014, is designed to share expertise in national pension systems and social security agreement conclusion to countries in Asia-Pacific.

Its curriculum includes pension system introduction and expansion and system operation policy establishment and implementation so that participants can apply them to practice in their home countries.
