Racing Tires

The 2016 24H Series, the biggest endurance race in the world, will take place in Dubai for three days from Jan. 14.

From 2015, Hankook Tire has become a title sponsor and the exclusive tire supplier for the 24H Series. The company will supply 17″ to 19″ racing tires to every vehicle participating in the race until 2018. As a title sponsor, all the races of the 24H Series will be officially named the 24H Series Powered by Hankook Tire.

Its exclusive sponsorship deal speaks of its technology and the competitiveness of its products in terms of endurance as a global top tier brand. This is due to the fact that global premium car manufactures, such as Porsche, Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz, participate in the 24H Series and run advanced circuits around the clock.

Hankook Tire entered into the motorsports arena in 1992 when it developed the first Korean racing tire – the Z2000. Since then, the company has been participating in leading motorsport events at home and abroad, including Germany’s Touring Car Masters (DTM), FIA Formula 3, Audi Sport TT Cup, World Rally Championship (WRC), Formula D, CJ Super Race and Korea Speed Festival, as a racing tire supplier and sponsor to a participating team, leading the driving culture.
