According to a Hanwha Group spokesman on Sept. 24, the group will host the 13th Seoul International Fireworks Festival, the country’s largest event, at the Hangang River Park in Yeouido, Seoul, on Oct. 3. The festival will run for from 7:20 p.m. to 8:40 p.m.

Fireworks teams from the United States, the Philippines, and Korea will attend and set off over 100,000 spectacular fireworks in the autumn night sky.

Melrose Pyrotechnics, an American pyrotechnic event company, will showcase fireworks along the theme of “Love is magical.” The team recently won fireworks competitions in Japan and Vietnam.

The next show will be presented by the Dragon Fireworks team from the Philippines, with the theme of “Original Philippines Music.” It will feature glamorous and dramatic musical fireworks with energetic electronic dance music.

Hanwha will mark the finale under the theme of “Magical fireworks.” The team will create fireworks that we have forgotten with four images.

Tryout events and performance parade that match with four images – Energy, Love, Hope, and Joy, which are the motives of the concept of the festival “Magical fireworks” – will take place along “Fireworks Road,” which will liven up the atmosphere of the festival. This year, in particular, there will be two performance stages in order to provide visitors with other visual treats while they wait for the fireworks to begin.
