All Aboard the 2009 Hilton Christmas Train!
MILLENNIUM Seoul Hilton unveils its Christmas tree and ever-popular Christmas Train on Sunday, November 22, making this year the 14th anniversary of this holiday tradition. Every year, a 10-meter Christmas tree stands in the center of the main lobby and a miniature village in the Alps, with snowcapped mountains, tunnels, wooden bridges and hot air balloons stands in the lower lobby. The highlight is the Christmas train, a collection of over 120 exquisitely handcrafted locomotives and railroad cars that chug their way through the little village.
The Christmas train, tree and village will be displayed until mid-January 2010. Celebrate the Christmas season of goodwill and peace at the Millennium Seoul Hilton!

Re-opening of Suh Goong
SUH Goong, the authentic Chinese restaurant at Seoul Palace Hotel reopened on October 19 after a major interior renovation. The restaurant now resembles a 19th century imperial house during the Ching Dynasty. With the reopening, Suh Goong presents new menu items, adding braised shark’s fin and crabmeat, steamed abalone and beef tenderloin to its original menu.
Suh Goong, boasting a 28 year history at Seoul Palace Hotel, has reinterpreted authentic Chinese cuisine from Guangdong, Sichuan and Beijing and introduced it to guests at Seoul Palace Hotel since its opening. The reopened restaurant moved to the 12th floor, and is now surrounded by glass walls, letting guests enjoy beautiful views of the Han River while enjoying the best Chinese cuisine in Seoul. Suh Goong can seat 116 people in its hall and private rooms.
