Nexen Tire (CEO Lee Hyun-bong) announced that it has become an official sponsor of the “MercedesCup”, a part of the ATP World Tour 250 series, to strengthen its brand awareness in Europe.
The MercedesCup is a tennis tournament with 100 years of history in Europe. This year, it will take place from June 6 to 14 at Tennis Club Weissenhof, and world-class players like Rafael Nadal will participate in the tournament.
The MercedesCup is broadcast in 22 languages by Eurosport, Europe's number one sports channel, ensuring extensive television coverage in 54 countries European-wide. Therefore, Nexen Tire is expected to see great results from this promotion.
With this sponsorship, the company will place its advertisements on backdrops, base panels, LED banners, and video spots at TV screens. Also, the company booth will be set up in the Sponsor Village to provide more information about Nexen Tire and its products to visitors.
