Sulhwasoo, a high-end line from Amore Pacific, announced on June 3 that it held a launch event on June 2 to celebrate the release of the fourth generation of its “First Care Activating Serum” in Taipei, Taiwan.

The event was attended by officials from Taiwan’s media, distribution industry, and celebrities. In particular, Kenny Bee, a singer who is popular in Asia, and celebrity makeup artist Kevin, who is a beauty mentor in Taiwan, participated in the event. During the event, products and brands of Sulhwasoo, including features and history of the First Care Activating Serum and its success story in the Taiwanese market were introduced.

Sulhwasoo hosted the event to celebrate the release of its fourth generation First Care Activating Serum, which integrated its expertise of 18 years, in Taiwan, and became one of the global luxurious beauty brands after entering the Taiwanese market in Sept. 2012.

The company opened a fourth store in Mitsukoshi A8, Taiwan's most fashionable and popular department store, in March. Also, it is planning to open more stores in other major department stores in Taiwan. In cooperation with famous makeup artist Kevin, Sulhwasoo created a sensation online with the clip that introduced the makeup tips of Korean female celebrities using its Perfecting Cushion.

Meanwhile, Sulhwasoo has entered markets in 10 countries, including Taiwan, China, the U.S., and Thailand.
