The E-Land Group (Chairman Park Sung-soo) will partner with the world’s largest golf resort developer Mission Hills in marketing super luxurious mansions inside hotel resorts for the super-rich in Asia.

Mission Hills has constructed mansions worth between 5 billion won (US$4.56 million) and 20 billion won (US$18.24 million) for the rich in Asia inside resorts, and already sold 5,370 of them.

Mission Hills will take over the sales of hotel rooms, golf course memberships, and ultra-luxurious mansions inside E-Land’s resorts and theme parks across Asia.

The E-Land Group announced that it is the first company in the nation that actively pushes into a large scale overseas sales to attract foreign investment in cooperation with a company that has abundant experience in real estate sales overseas.

Mission Hills is currently running mega resorts with a total area of 40 million square meters in Shenzhen and Hainan Island. It has the world’s largest golf complexes with a combined 396 holes, and global hotel chains and shopping malls such as the Ritz-Carlton and the Renaissance.

E-Land will also provide its content in every sector to large shopping malls and “shopping streets,” which are currently developed by Mission Hills.

E-Land Vice Chairperson Park Sung-kyung said, “Since E-Land has the largest content in six business areas, overseas firms are becoming more interested in the group. As Mission Hills has requested various content to a large distribution channel, which was newly developed by the company, we became business partners.”
