Bank of Korea governor, Kim Choong-soo has been dithering over whether the bank should start to approach an ‘exit strategy’ or not. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology announced that the Chollian communication ocean meteorological satellite (COMS) blasted off from the French Guiana on an Ariane 5-ECA rocket at 6:41 a.m., June 27.
